Emily Mei-Mei Rose is a New York-based writer, designer, researcher, and creative producer. Employing interdisciplinary methodologies that bridge theoretical inquiry and material production, her research examines how cultural imaginaries are mediated through images and materialized within the built environment.

Focused on cultural criticism at the intersections of art, architecture, and design practice, her writing has appeared in publications such as Numéro Berlin, King Kong Garçon, Playgirl, FraüleinThe Travel Almanac, and e-flux.

She holds a Master of Architecture and an M.S. in Critical, Curatorial & Conceptual Practices from Columbia University.
